Reservation Confirmation

• A booking is confirmed once the required payment or deposit has been received.

Cancellation Terms

• More than 30 days prior to arrival:

  A full refund will be issued, minus any applicable bank or payment processing fees.

• 15–30 days prior to arrival:

  A 50% cancellation fee of the total booking amount will apply.

• 14 days or less prior to arrival, or no-show:

  No refund will be provided, and the full booking amount will be charged.

Amendments & Date Changes

• Date changes are subject to availability.

• Changes made more than 30 days before arrival may be accommodated without penalty.

• Changes requested within 30 days of arrival will be treated as a cancellation and rebooking.

Early Departures

• Guests who depart earlier than the confirmed booking dates are not eligible for refunds.

Force Majeure

• In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond the guest’s control (natural disasters, government restrictions, major emergencies), we will do our best to offer a date change without additional charges, subject to availability.
