SMOKING

We ask that you please be refrain from smoking inside the house but smoking is permitted in the outdoor areas.

GUEST AGE POLICY

This property is primarily designed to cater to adults and to maintain a tranquil and relaxing environment, the property is best suited for guests aged 16 years and above.

 

We do not provide cots, extra beds or child-specific facilities and therefore families with young children should be aware that our accommodation and amenities are not tailored for child-friendly use.

 

The villa includes elevated areas, open spaces, and architectural features that may not be suitable for younger children. Guest safety and comfort remain our highest priority.

EARLY CHECK-IN

Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.
Please contact the Villa manager prior to your arrival to confirm.

LATE CHECK-OUT

Late check-out is also subject to availability, and we encourage guests to make arrangements in advance.

CELEBRATIONS & VISITORS

Access to the property is restricted to registered guests unless arranged by prior approval.

CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY

Cancellations made within 14 Days prior to arrival will be charged 75% of the room nights booked.
Cancellations made within 07 Days prior to arrival will be charged 100% of the room nights booked.

 

No-shows on the arrival date will be subject to 100% of the applicable charges based on the season.

DAMAGE TO PROPERTY

Guests will be held responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay, whether intentional or accidental. This includes, but is not limited to, damage to furniture, fixtures, equipment, and any other hotel property.
We request that guests should report any damage they observe upon check-in. Failure to report existing damage may also result in the guest being held liable for repair or replacement costs and charged accordingly .

 

The hotel is not liable for any personal belongings lost or damaged during a guest’s stay. We recommend guests secure their valuables in the safes provided.
