Rates include daily breakfast served in the dining room between 7.00am and 10.00am, as well as a complimentary house cocktail and nibbles, served each afternoon between 6pm and 7pm.

Our six guest bedrooms are located on the first floor of the villa and can be reached via the grand staircase or, for guests with mobility concerns, by elevator.
Each is beautifully appointed, offering luxurious amenities for the perfect escape. All rooms overlook the swimming pool with views of the lagoon, and all have balconies.

To ensure a safe and pleasant environment for our guests and staff, we ask you to note the following house guidelines:

SMOKING
We ask that you refrain from smoking inside the house. Smoking is only permitted in the gardens and the pool area.

DAMAGE TO PROPERTY
Any damage to (or theft from) the premises - whether accidental or otherwise - will incur charges.

CELEBRATIONS & VISITORS
Only registered guests are permitted access to the property. Visitors are not permitted on the premises unless by prior arrangement with and approval by management.

AGE RESTRICTIONS
Agandau House is strictly an adults-only affair! All guests must be 16+ years of age. Neither the swimming pool nor access to the lagoon from the property are fenced.
